Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind any business you represent to these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date.

2. The Service

CONSAN Management provides garage and workshop management tools including job scheduling, customer and vehicle records, DVLA vehicle lookups, quotes, invoicing, inventory, supplier invoices, finance reporting, and staff payroll features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) through our payment provider.
• By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
• Fees are billed in advance in GBP and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
• We may change our fees with reasonable advance notice; any change applies only to the next billing cycle after the notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Misuse DVLA data or vehicle information obtained through the Service beyond the purpose for which it was provided.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, its systems, or another user's data.
• Upload or store content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account access without our permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the customer, vehicle, and business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data you enter, in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, and software are owned by Consan Management Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as required to use the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that DVLA or third-party data will always be accurate or current. Vehicle and MOT data obtained via the DVLA Enquiry Service is provided for guidance only and should be verified independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consan Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account remains inactive, or if required to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy and applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the Service with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
